The appartment is on the top (fourth) floor of a small building. It is about a 80 square metres with two large Verandas of about 100 m² in total, one in the front and one at the back. The back Veranda has absolute privacy.

It has solar panels for heating the water and a water pressure system.

The apartment can be heated in two ways. By AIR CONDITIONING or storage heaters. There are AIR CONDITIONING units everywhere in the apartment. It is also fully furnished and equipped with all electrical appliances.

The apartment is next to the linear PARK of PEDIEOS and about a kilometre away from the EUROPEAN UNIVERSITY. It is also a kilometre away from the city centre.

The common expenses are about €25-€30 per month and our excluded from the rent.
